Entire GTDB R207 taxonomy
======

GTDB data files were retrieved from:

 - https://data.gtdb.ecogenomic.org/releases/release207/207.0/

Archaea and Bacteria taxonomies were merged.

Genome IDs were converted into the shorter, database/version-free format.

 - For example, "RS_GCF_000979375.1" becomes "G000979375".

Lineage strings were converted into NCBI taxdump format, with dummy TaxIDs,
using "gtdb_to_taxdump.py".

Database files:

 - lineages.txt: Original GTDB lineage strings
 - ncbi2gtdb.map: Original GTDB to NCBI mapping.
 - taxid.map: Genome ID to dummy TaxID mapping.
 - nodes.dmp: NCBI taxdump-style node mapping.
 - names.dmp: NCBI taxdump-style name mapping.
